Scope and Services and Responsibilities. 1. Services to be Provided by the CONSULTANT are based on CONSTULTANT’s PRPOPOSAL. The CONSULTANT submitted a response to RFP which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT “A” (the “CONSULTANT’s PROPOSAL”). The PARTIES expressly agree to incorporate the scope of work requirements in the DISTRICT’s RFP #22-15 (“RFP”) into this AGREEMENT by this reference and the PARTIES understand that the scope of work requirements in the RFP shall constitute a binding part this AGREEMENT. In the event of a discrepancy, inconsistency, or other difference between the terms of the RFP or the CONSULTANT’s PROPOSAL with this AGREEMENT, the PARTIES agree that the terms of this AGREEMENT shall govern and control.
