SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. 6.1 The Consultant’s scope of services for this Agreement will be in accordance with Workstage 1 to Workstage 6 as detailed in item 4.2 above and as mentioned under item 6.0 of this Brief. Services shall be inclusive of related building services, acoustics, interior design, civil, geotechnical and structural engineering, topographical survey, fire engineering study, heritage impact assessment, traffic impact assessment, environmental, landscaping, water supply, sewage and drainage systems as appropriate to complete the Assignment. The Consultant shall review the Brief/Project Definition Statement/Technical Feasibility Statement/ Feasibility Study Report, recommend design requirements and standards, recommend design options, prepare tender drawings and documents, advise on selection of materials and equipment, obtain operation and maintenance requirements, recommend selection of contractors, provide periodic site supervisions and statutory site supervisions including the provision of all full time, part time and periodic site safety and quality supervisions and qualified (TCP T3, T5, etc.) site supervisions and inspections as required by the BD/GEO, monitor the progress of works, cost control, monitor contractor performance, arrange for the testing, commissioning and handing over of the works, monitor the completion of making good defects and produce as-built records. The Consultant shall work to achieve the cost, quality and time targets. The Consultant has to present design proposals to the Employer and in the external meetings as necessary. The costs of all statutory duties of Authorized Person, Registered Structural Engineer and Registered Geotechnical Engineer and all statutory site supervisions required by the BD/GEO shall be deemed to be included in the lump sum consultancy fee as shown in the Fee Proposal Form (Appendix 1) enclosed with the Consultant’s proposal. 6.2 Consent from the Employer’s Representative must be obtained on the design concept and other key design aspects for each Work stage before the next Work stage is proceeded.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. The Consultant shall provide the County with consultation and related services as it may require for the Project, on an as-needed basis as requested by the County. The services to be provided by the Consultant are more fully set forth in the RFQ Scope of Work Section 1.0 and Attachment APricing Proposal, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference. The Consultant shall ensure that all funds are used in compliance with the ARP Program, and that the County is properly credited as the entity designating the ARP funds for distribution by the Consultant.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. The services to be performed by the Consultant under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering management services required to initiate and monitor production of contract documents and construction of road and drainage projects for the Xxxxxxxxxx County Road Bond Program. The Consultant will furnish materials required to perform the engineering services below.

In the event of a discrepancy, inconsistency, conflict or other difference between the terms of the CONSULTANT’s PROPOSAL with this AGREEMENT, the PARTIES agree that the terms of this AGREEMENT shall govern and be controlling.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT shall provide the SERVICES to the DISTRICT on the terms set forth herein. The PARTIES agree if there is a proposal or similar document attached or incorporated into Exhibit “A”, that the terms of this AGREEMENT shall be controlling over any of the terms contained within the CONSULTANT’s proposal or similar document. The CONSULTANT agrees to perform the following work for the DISTRICT at El Camino College/Xxxxxxx Community Education Center, or at such other places and times as the DISTRICT may direct, and the SERVICES shall performed at times and places mutually acceptable to DISTRICT and CONSULTANT: a) CONSULTANT Scope of Work: See the Proposal to the Compton Community College District dated , attached and made part of this contract and agreement; b) CONSULTANT shall not have the right to be the exclusive provider of the SERVICES specified here

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. 2.1 During the Term, the Consultant shall serve on the board of directors of Grupo Gepp, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and the audit committee thereof, as a designated representative of the Company and shall make himself available to provide such consulting services as the Company reasonably requests (collectively, the “Services”). During the Term, the level of Services to be provided by the Consultant shall be 20% or less of the average level of services provided by the Consultant as an employee of the Company for the thirty-six (36) month period preceding the Effective Date. 2.2 The Consultant shall at all times perform Services in a professional and responsible manner consistent with the standard of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by similar professionals under similar circumstances in accordance with customarily accepted, good and sound professional practices and procedures. The Company shall provide such access to its information and property as may be reasonably required in order to permit the Consultant to perform the Services. The Chief HR Officer of the Company shall be the authorized representative of the Company with respect to the Services to be provided by the Consultant. In connection with the performance of the Services, the Consultant shall cooperate with the Company’s personnel and shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and Company policies, including the PepsiCo Worldwide Code of Conduct and the PepsiCo JV Governance Policy, as in effect from time to time, and any security requirements of the Company concerning the safety of persons and property. 2.3 The Consultant will provide all materials, equipment and other tools necessary to perform the Services for the Company.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT. (a) The Consultant will maintain the position of Vice-President, Exploration and shall provide geological services (the “Services”) upon the various terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and as may be directed from time to time by (i) the President of the Corporation; and/or (ii) the General Manager (the “GM”) of the Corporation’s Ghanaian subsidiaries and in connection therewith the Consultant agrees to report directly to the President and/or the GM. (b) The Consultant agrees to provide the Services primarily at the Corporation’s mineral projects situated in the Kibi Gold Belt and located in Ghana, West Africa.
