Scope of Grant Activities/Purpose of Grant. Grantee will conduct the Grant Activities or provide the services as described in the Exhibits and attachments, including Exhibit A (Project Description) and Exhibit B (Deliverables), incorporated herein and in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable administrative rules. In addition, the State’s Notice of Award is incorporated herein by reference. All Grantor-specific provisions and programmatic reporting required under this Agreement are described in PART TWO (The Grantor-Specific Terms). All Project-specific provisions and reporting required under this Agreement are described in PART THREE.
