Scope of Grievance. A. A grievance is a claimed violation, misapplication or misinterpretation of the provisions of a Resolution or employee protections contained in ordinances, resolutions, personnel rules or written policies, adversely affecting an employee's wages, hours or conditions of employment. B. Specifically, excluded from the scope of grievances are: 1.
