Scope of Services and Responsibilities. 1.1 Licensor agrees to provide, either itself or through a designated provider, and Licensee agrees to acquire from Licensor or said designated provider as may be required by Licensee, the support and maintenance services listed in Column 2 of the “Table of Support and Maintenance Services” which is attached to these Service Terms, for the MODTM 5 Systems and PRODUCERTM, in each case, in the Facilities which operate using MODTM 5
