Scope of Subsidy. 15 1. The County will provide a one hundred percent (100%) subsidy 16 for employee bus passes. However, the County may require that the employee pay a 17 percentage if the County’s subsidy exceeds the IRS standard for a de minimis 18 employee benefit.
