Bus Passes. All current and retired employees of the Employer and City of Tacoma Transit System and one (1) family member are eligible for transit passes from the Employer.

Bus Passes. All Motor Coach Operators shall be issued a free bus pass for use by the employee. Free bus passes will also be issued to the employee’s eligible dependent(s), with an eligible dependent being defined as a dependent who is eligible to receive medical insurance coverage through a City-provided medical insurance plan. Retired Motor Coach Operators who have retired from the City and who live within the area serviced by the department shall be issued free bus passes upon request.
Bus Passes. Where provided, the University bus pass is for use only by the student named on the card. No refunds will be given for bus passes under any circumstances. If you allow another person to use your bus pass you will be subject to disciplinary procedures and you will be charged for any fraudulent usage.

In the event that TransLink will provide additional bus passes, the Employer will distribute these passes to eligible staff. The fund shall be established in the amount of $30,000. Any remaining funds will roll over into the next contract year. 2. Providers must purchase a monthly pass from SamTrans (currently costing $48.00), MUNI or Caltrain. The Provider will submit evidence to the Public Authority of purchase in the form of an original or photocopy receipt. Within ten (10) working days after receiving such evidence of purchase, the Public Authority will issue a check to the Provider in the amount of $38.40. 3. No Provider will be reimbursed for more than one pass in any given month. 4. The reimbursement described in paragraph 2 above will be on a first-come, first-served basis (based on submission of evidence of purchase) and shall be limited to the first $2500.00 reimbursed in any given month. Except as provided in the following paragraphs, once $2500.00 reimbursed in any month, no further applications for reimbursement will be accepted. 5. Should less than $2500.00 be reimbursed in any month, the excess funds shall be rolled over into the next month to supplement the monthly rate of $2500.00 and into subsequent months within the same contract year. Any remaining funds shall be returned to the Public Authority at the expiration of this MOU. 6. Should the Public Authority be able to secure a different rate from SamTrans, MUNI or Caltrain for monthly passes, or should the cost for such passes change, the Provider will be reimbursed for 80% of the cost of the SamTrans monthly pass with the same total limit $2500.00 per month as described above and under the same conditions as described in the preceding paragraphs of this Article 13.

Bus Passes. Free transportation passes shall be available at the Grays Harbor Transit office to all active employees, and their dependents. For purpose of this section, dependents shall be defined as the employee's spouse or children. The term child applies equally to natural, step, or adoptive or custodial family relationship. Transportation passes will also be available to all retired employees and their spouses. The passes will be honored on all of the Employers regularly scheduled buses and vans.

Bus Passes. Purpose. For the purposes of encouraging employees to use 8 mass transit as part of the county’s ride reduction program under the Oregon 9 Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Employee Commute Options (ECO) 10 mandate, as well as part of the County’s commitment to limiting traffic congestion 11 and promoting clean air, effective November 1, 2001, each employee shall be 12 eligible to receive a bus pass entirely subsidized by the County for the employee’s 13 personal use while employed by the County. Employees shall return their bus pass 14 to the County upon termination of County employment. Failure to do so may result 15 in further action by the County and may be noted in the employee’s personnel file.
