SCOPE OF THE WORK AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. Section 1.01. Scope of the Work. The general scope of the work is more particularly described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Contractor agrees that the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the terms of this Contract and the “Contract Documents” as defined in Article 2 of this Contract. The term “Work” includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and services necessary to construct the Project as described in the Contract Documents, whether or not all materials and equipment are incorporated or will be incorporated in the Project; and all Work deemed necessary to fully close the Project including demobilization.
