Use of Payments. No part of the Payments made to VENDOR will be expended for any consultant fees, honorariums, or any other compensation to any employee of DEPARTMENT or for unallowable costs set forth on Exhibit D. VENDOR shall expend Payments made hereunder solely for providing direct services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to the provision of Services.
Use of Payments. The Contractor shall use all sums paid to it pursuant to this Contract for the performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Upon the request of the Owner or Engineer, the Contractor shall furnish satisfactory proof of payment, including, but not limited to, partial release of liens and the Business Diversity Monthly Compliance Report, as to the disposition of any monies paid to the Contractor by the Owner.
Use of Payments. No part of the Payments made to Recovery will be expended for any consultant fees, honorariums, or any other compensation to any employee of DEPARTMENT or for unallowable costs as defined by the DEPARTMENT. Recovery shall expend Payments made hereunder solely for providing direct services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to the provision of Services.
Use of Payments. Use payments received by EMS from the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES only for the operations of, improvement and maintenance of equipment/software used exclusively by EMS to provide ambulance service within the boundaries of the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES or for authorized mutual aid.
Use of Payments. EPC Contractor shall use all sums paid to it pursuant to this Agreement for the performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Upon the request of Owner, EPC Contractor shall furnish satisfactory proof as to the disposition of any monies paid to EPC Contractor by Owner; provided that no provision shall be construed to require Owner to see to the proper distribution, disposition or application of the monies paid to EPC Contractor.
Use of Payments a) The Recipient of Payments may hold, manage, invest, spend, allocate or otherwise use the Payments and any revenues or gains accrued thereon in the future, for one or more of the following general purposes:
(i) to fund, for the Term of this Agreement, the Assumed Federal JBNQA Responsibilities listed in Chapter 4 of this Agreement;
(ii) to promote, fund or carry out the social, community and economic development of the Crees;
(iii) to supplement the funding received by the CRA, and subsequently the Cree Nation Government, to carry out its functions; and
(iv) any other purposes consistent with this Agreement.
b) It is intended by the Parties that the Payments and the revenues and gains accrued thereon by the Recipient of Payments are to be used during the Term of this Agreement for the purposes set out in this Section.

No part of the Payments made to Recovery Healthcare Corporation will be expanded for any consultant fees, honorariums, or any other compensation to any employee of DEPARTMENT or for unallowable costs. Recovery Healthcare Corporation shall expend Payments made hereunder solely for providing direct services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to the provision of Services.
Use of Payments. The County shall, in its sole discretion, allocate funds received pursuant to this Agreement to projects and programs that benefit the communities near the Refinery by improving the health, well-being, and quality of life of residents, and that support building and sustaining a strong and resilient local economy and workforce, including the development and implementation of workforce development and training programs to prepare residents for new renewable and clean energy career pathways and jobs.
Use of Payments. Argonaut shall use the payments made by Member pursuant to Article 9 solely in connection with activities relating to meeting the objective of the PDC, including, but not limited to, the manufacture, installation, and support of an Instrument to be delivered to Member. 3 Argonaut agrees to maintain Member's payments as a liability on Argonaut's books consistent with Section 9.3 until such time as these funds may be recognized as revenue under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The price of the Instrument to the Member shall be at or below the advertised commercial list price for the Instrument. The Member shall take delivery of one (1) Instrument once the Instrument is commercially released. Title shall pass to Member FOB shipping point. The Member shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, VAT and freight charges in addition to the consideration referenced in Section 9.1.
Use of Payments. No part of the payments made to the CONTRACTOR will be expended for any consultant fees, honorariums, or any other compensation to any employee of the JPD or for unallowable costs. The CONTRACTOR shall expend payments solely for providing direct services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to the provision of services.
