Common use of Screen Credits Clause in Contracts

Screen Credits. 4.1 Except in the case of restrictions imposed by the broadcaster and/or the distributor, the Company will grant a screen credit to Department Heads, members of IATSE, corresponding to the position that appears in their Employment Contracts, unless another understanding has been reached beforehand in said Contracts. The Company shall continue to give credits in accordance with its Company policy.
