Opening of Bids a) The Bids shall be opened by the bid opening & evaluation committee on the date and time mentioned in the NIB in the presence of the bidders or their authorised representatives who choose to be present.
Opening of Tenders 2.20.1The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, on Friday 6th August 2021 at 10:00 am EAT and in the location specified in the Invitation to Tender.
