SEARCHES OF EMPLOYEES. M.2.1 When Management determines that employees should be subject to pat or strip searches, those searches shall be conducted in such a manner as to afford the employee dignity. Strip searches shall only be conducted upon reasonable suspicion and the supervisor will, prior to the search, provide the employee written notice authorizing the search, signed by the CEO, or designee outside the bargaining unit.

  • Types of Employees For the purpose of this Agreement, the parties agree that “employees” referred to in Article 2 relates to the following types of employees:

  • CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES (a) A full-time Employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work the normal full time hours of work as defined under Article 16.01.

  • List of Employees The Union shall be provided quarterly via compact disc a current list of names, employee numbers, classifications, addresses, home telephone numbers, work locations, hourly rate, status (regular, substitute, temporary) and social security numbers of all employees covered by this Agreement. This list will also include all employees newly hired into the bargaining unit during the preceding quarter and all bargaining unit employees who have separated from the District during the preceding quarter.

  • Status of Employees The employees involved in a job sharing arrangement will be classified as regular part-time and will be covered by the provisions of the applicable Collective Agreement.

  • RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES A6.01 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an abridgement or restriction of an employee’s constitutional rights or of any right expressly conferred in an Act of the Parliament of Canada.

  • COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES (a) Employees who are presently covered by a pension plan shall continue to be covered by the terms of that plan, subject to any mutual agreement to the contrary. For greater clarity, Employees shall remain in their current pension plan in the event they change positions within the NSHA.

  • PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES A. The Board will give all reasonable support and assistance to employees with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the workplace.
