CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES. 10.1 Regular Full-Time Employee is one who is scheduled to work or normally works a minimum of thirty (30) or more hours a week. After completing the probationary period, regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits as specified in this contract or as otherwise specified in the Employer's Employee Handbook.
