Seasonal Appointments. Positions which occur, terminate and recur periodically and regularly regardless of the duration thereof shall be designated as seasonal positions, and employees regularly certified for and serving satisfactorily in such positions for six (6) full calendar months shall be entitled to regular status as regular seasonal employees.
