Seasonal Service (Vacation Service). Residential customers with qualifying Service may temporarily suspend Service (“Seasonal Service” or “Vacation Service”) for a minimum of 30 days at CenturyLink’s then-current Vacation Service rates and charges. If you put your Service on Seasonal Service, your Service will be unavailable for your use. And, if you use your Service to support Internet-based calling (e.g., voice over Internet protocol (VoIP)), you will not be able to make any incoming or outgoing calls, including 911 calls, from your service address unless and until you have CenturyLink re-activate your Service.
