Second Level Maintenance. “Second Level Maintenance” shall mean electronic or telephone or in-person response provided by Vital Images to Toshiba or the Dealer Associates to deal with any problem or software bug in the Products that cannot be handled by Toshiba or the Dealer Associate alone under the First Level Maintenance for such customers in the Territory who have installed the Products that are under Vital Images’ standard warranty or under a Toshiba or Dealer Associate standard software maintenance program.
