Second Service Recognition Bonus. A lump sum payment in the amount of $1,000 shall be made to each employee who performed active service under the collective bargaining agreement between January 1 and November 30, 2021 and who: (1) maintains an active employment relationship with the carrier as of December 1, 2021; or (2) retired or died on or after January 1, 2021.
