Common use of Secondary Bump Clause in Contracts

Secondary Bump. If a primary bump is not available, an employee, pending qualifications, shall be offered a downward bump in a descending order of maximum hourly rate of pay. Should an employee refuse a secondary bump offer they shall have the right to have their name placed on the re-employment list.
