  • Secretaries 1. All full-time secretaries shall work seven and one-half (7½) hours per day which includes one-half (½) hour lunch period. Hours shall be set by the Board of Education.

  • Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member.
