Section 107(h) - Bicycling Features. The Recipient’s application was evaluated for rating points in potentially two different categories based on the existence (at time of application or will be by the completion of the Project) of features which encourage bicycling pursuant to Section 107(h) of the Guidelines. Based on the points awarded to its application, Recipient shall ensure the following existing or planned features that encourage bicycling for the Project: AHSC Grant – TRI NOFA Date: 01/30/15 Rev. Date: 10/22/15 Prep. Date: [List the existing and planned Bicycle Features as provided in the Recipient's Application for which Recipient received points under Section 107(h).] List of Bicycling Features (“BFs”) Identify BFs Incorporated in Project Status of BFs (e.g., date(s) completed and in service or in construction stage.) If not in service, anticipated completion date(s) of BFs Installation of new or expanded bikeways within the Project Area that provide separated right-of-way for cyclists through on-street striping (bike lanes), the creation of separated off- street paths (bike paths), or the creation of separated on-street paths (cycle tracks). Affordable Housing Development has bicycle access and provides secure overnight bicycle storage facilities that include protective coverings or shelters, and there is at least 1 spot for every 2 units. The Transit Station/Stop has bicycle access and provides secure bicycle parking that includes protective coverings or shelters. Bike sharing program that serves at least half of the Project Area, including the Transit Station/Stop and the Affordable Housing Development. Bike repair facilities or kiosks along the bicycle network.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • Additional Features Additional Features are invoiced at the start of the first Contract Year following the Contract Year in which such Additional Features are activated.
