Bicycle Parking Sample Clauses

Bicycle Parking. Subject to the terms of this Paragraph 6(R), during the Term, Tenant shall have the right in common with other tenants and occupants of the Building, at no additional cost to Tenant (except for costs relating thereto that are permitted to be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to Article 3 hereof), to use an indoor or outdoor area at the Property in a location mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant (the “Bicycle Parking Area”) for purposes of parking bicycles of Tenant’s, and its permitted assignees’ and subtenants’ (i.e., as permitted under Paragraph 20 below), and their respective employees, principals, clients and invitees. Landlord shall, at Landlord’s cost, install (and thereafter maintain and repair at Landlord’s cost, subject to inclusion in Operating Expenses to the extent permitted under Paragraph 3(B) hereof) one or more bicycle racks within the Bicycle Parking Area having a reasonable number of bicycle parking spaces (based on Landlord’s reasonable estimate of the demand therefor from Tenant and the other tenants and occupants of the Building), and Tenant shall have the right to use Tenant’s Pro Rata Share of such bicycle parking spaces. Landlord shall secure the Bicycle Parking Area in a manner which Landlord in good xxxxx xxxxx appropriate (which may include the installation of a lockable fence around the Bicycle Parking Area), and if the manner in which Landlord so secures the Bicycle Parking Area requires keys for entry thereto, Landlord shall make available to Tenant one (1) key for each bicycle parking space which Tenant is permitted to use hereunder for purposes of gaining access to the Bicycle Parking Area. Each individual whom Tenant permits to use the Bicycle Parking Area shall, as a condition to his/her use of the Bicycle Parking Area, be required to enter into a commercially reasonable separate agreement with Landlord pursuant to which, among other things, such individual shall acknowledge that neither Landlord nor any other Landlord Protected Parties will have any liability, responsibility or obligation of any kind relating to such individual’s use of the Bicycle Parking Area. Landlord shall have the right to restrict any individual who has not signed any such separate agreement with Landlord from using the Bicycle Parking Area.
Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking is not required in this District.
Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking shall be provided in close proximity of each principal building entrance in compliance with Section 4.11.6 of the Land Development Code. Non- covered bicycle parking devices shall be designed and constructed by Developer in accordance with Index 900 of the City’s Engineering Standard Manual.
Bicycle Parking. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Building’s designated bicycle storage area. Tenant’s right to use the bicycle storage area is conditioned upon Tenant abiding by all rules and regulations which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the bicycle storage area, Tenant’s cooperation in seeing that Tenant’s employees and visitors also comply with such rules and regulations and Tenant not being in Default under this Lease. Tenant’s use of the bicycle storage facility shall be at Tenant’s sole risk and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to the bicycles of Tenant, its employees and/or visitors, or for other personal injury or property damage or theft relating to or connected with the bicycle storage rights granted herein or any of Tenant’s, its employees and/or visitors’ use of the bicycle storage facilities. Landlord specifically reserves the right to change the location, size, configuration, design, layout and all other aspects of the Property bicycle storage facilities at any time and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, on a temporary basis, close-off or restrict access to the bicycle storage facilities.
Bicycle Parking. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant may use the portion of the Premises designated in Exhibit F (“Bicycle Parking Area”) for, among other things, bicycle parking. Except in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable access to the Bicycle Parking Area at all times during the Lease Term, as extended.
Bicycle Parking. During the Term (and any period of Early Occupancy), Tenant shall have the right to use a portion of the underground parking garage at the Building mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, or, if Tenant so elects, another portion of the Property reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, for purposes of parking bicycles.
Bicycle Parking. (a) Landlord shall cooperate to provide Tenant access to bicycle parking in the Parking Garage, subject to the rights of the Garage Operator under the terms of its lease for the Parking Garage. Any additional compliance with applicable codes, regulations and law required as a result of such bicycle parking shall be Tenant's obligation, including, but not limited to fees and expenses in connection therewith. (b) If Tenant provides bicycle parking in Tenant's Premises, all bicycles are required to enter to and from the Building through the Parking Garage. Tenant and Tenant's employees, agents or contractors may only bring bicycles to and from the Premises via the freight elevator. (c) In the event that Tenant or Tenant's employees, agents or contractors bring bicycles to and from Tenant's Premises through the lobby areas of the Building, as opposed to through the Parking Garage and the freight elevator, Landlord shall provide written notice of such activity to Tenant ("Bicycle Violation Notice"). After the fifth Bicycle Violation Notice in any consecutive twelve (12) month period, Tenant shall be required to reimburse Landlord for the cost of providing a security guard in the lobby area in order to enforce Tenant's obligations under this Section. In the event that a security guard is required pursuant to this Section, Landlord and Tenant shall review the necessity for such guard after twelve (12) months after the security guard is first required.

YEAR 2000..............................................................................................48 -ii- OFFICE LEASE BASIC LEASE INFORMATION Lease Execution Date: August 13, 1999 The Lease Execution Date shall be the date upon which the Lease is fully executed by both parties. Upon Lease execution by Landlord, Landlord shall promptly send a copy of the fully executed Lease to Tenant by facsimile, followed by overnight delivery of a complete, fully executed original Lease.
Bicycle Parking. 3.6.1 Bicycle parking shall comply with Section 4.26A Bicycle Parking Facilities and 4.26B Location of Bicycle Parking, of the Land Use By-law for Sackville, as amended from time to time, excepting that Class B bicycle parking spaces shall be located at the front of the building.
Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking is available in the lower level of the Building on a first come-first serve basis. No bicycles are permitted in the Building’s elevators or in the Subleased Premises, and is controlled by Landlord, not Sublandlord. Sublandlord will have no liability to Subtenant for any lack of accessibility of bicycle parking space.
