SECTION 109. 34 In the event of layoff, employees so affected are to be placed on a reemployment list maintained by the 35 District according to layoff ranking. Such employees are to have priority in filling an opening in the 36 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment list for 37 eighteen (18) months.
