SECTION 112 Legal Holidays. In the event that the Maturity Date, the Disposition Payment Date, or the Default Payment Date, as the case may be, shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or the CVRs to the contrary) payment on the CVRs need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the Maturity Date, the Disposition Payment Date, or the Default Payment Date, as the case may be.
