Common use of Section 13.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.2. All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Union on the 11 effective date of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time 12 subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become 13 members in good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement 14 or within thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain 15 membership in the Union in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Such employee shall then maintain 15 membership in the Union 43 Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.. 44
