Common use of Section 13.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.2.3. 28 If no settlement has been reached within the five (5) working days referred to in the preceding 29 subsection, and the Union believes the grievance to be valid, a written statement of grievance 30 shall be submitted within fifteen (15) working days to the District Superintendent or the 31 Superintendent's designee. After such submission, the parties will have ten (10) working days 32 from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the 33 statement of grievance the disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the 34 grievance shall sign it.
