Common use of Section 16.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.1. 13 Employees will be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement for all hours 14 worked. Each employee will receive a full accounting and itemization of authorized deductions, hours 15 worked, and rates paid by the last day of October.
