Section 7.9.1 Sample Clauses
Section 7.9.1. 36 All hours worked in excess of the eight (8) hours per day and/or forty (40) hours per week shall 37 be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base pay.
Section 7.9.1. 44 All hours worked by direction in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at 45 the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay.
Section 7.9.1. 42 Employees assigned an alternative workweek shall be compensated at one and one-half (1-1/2) 43 times the employee’s base pay, based upon completing forty (40) hours of work. 44
Section 7.9.1. Employees in two (2) classifications would be on two (2) seniority lists.
Section 7.9.1. 41 Routes shall be bid annually based on driver seniority and choice of routes. Total bid routes 42 shall not exceed forty (40) hours, allowing for wash time, fuel time, and other recurring duties 43 as determined by the District, per current practice. All route packages shall provide for a 44 minimum of four (4) hours per day.
Section 7.9.1. 46 Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due 47 them for the holiday plus one and one-half times (1 ½) their regular rate for all hours worked 48 on such holidays.
Section 7.9.1. 27 In the event that a child nutrition employee is absent, the substitute will be placed at the least 28 senior position for the affected building, and the remaining employees for the affected building 29 will move up to the next corresponding senior position for the duration of the absence. 31 In the event a lead/main xxxx is absent in any building, and there is not trained child nutrition 32 staff available from that building to fill the position, the director may temporarily transfer a 33 qualified child nutrition employee from another kitchen to cover the leave. This temporary 34 transfer shall not be subject to the notification provisions of Section 7.2 and may not be 35 contested by the grievance process of Section 16. 37 While a position is open, during the posting/hiring process, regular child nutritional services 38 employees will have priority over substitutes to temporarily fill the position providing they 39 have indicated their interest in extra time and it fits within their current assignment. This is not 40 subject to grievance. 41
Section 7.9.1. 39 Drivers on all trips shall be compensated at their regular straight driving time rate if they 40 remain with the assigned vehicle except where the overtime provisions of Section 7.4 apply. If 41 the driver attends the activity, then standby time shall apply.

Section 7.9.1. 28 If a driver assigned a special route is laid off from the special route, the driver shall have 29 seniority rights under Section 10.7. to move to any other special route held by a driver with less 30 seniority. Special routes are defined in Section 7.6. The primary preschool midday route 31 (considered one route with its morning and afternoon counterparts) is exempt from this Section.
