Section 17.3.2. 30 The union/district shall have the right to open the contract at any time to deal with Health 31 Insurance issues related to compliance with state or federal law and/or potential employee 32 eligibility for subsidies or tax credits from the Federal government.   • Section 14.3 24 The parties recognize that an employee should have the option of declining to participate as a member in 25 the Association, yet contribute financially to the activities of the Association in representing such 26 employee as a member of the collective bargaining unit. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the 21 Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.
