Common use of Section 17.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.4. 34 If any provision of this Agreement or the application of any such provision is held invalid, the remainder of 35 this Agreement shall not be affected. 38 Neither party shall be compelled to comply to any provision of this Agreement which conflicts with state or 39 federal statutes or regulations. 40 42 In the event Sections 17.4 or 17.5 above is determined to apply to any provision of this Agreement, such 43 provision shall be renegotiated pursuant to 17.3, herein. 44
