Common use of Section 19.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 19.5. 41 Persons employed on the effective date of this Agreement may apply for the apprenticeship program at any 42 time new enrollees are accepted. Applications will be accepted annually prior to October 1.

Section 19.5. 41 23 Persons employed on the effective date of this Agreement may apply for the apprenticeship program at 24 any 42 time new enrollees are accepted. Applications will be accepted annually prior to October 11st.

Section 19.5. 41 34 Persons employed on the effective date of this Agreement may apply for the apprenticeship program at 35 any 42 time new enrollees are accepted. Applications will be accepted annually prior to October 11st.
