Section 21.8. 33 Employees transferring from one (1) classification to another shall be placed at the step closest to their 34 current hourly base rate without reducing their hourly rate. 36 Section 21.9. 37 Employees substituting in a higher paid position will automatically receive one ($1.00) dollar per hour 38 above their base pay.
