Preceptor Differential Nurses who act in the capacity of a preceptor at the request of 8 the Hospital will be paid a differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours 9 worked. To be eligible to act as a preceptor and receive the differential described 10 herein, the nurse must comply with the criteria of the Hospital Preceptor Guidelines.
