Hepatitis Shots. The District will make hepatitis A and B vaccines available to all field employees who request them.
Hepatitis Shots. The DISTRICT will provide Hepatitis shots after exposure. A letter is to be prepared by the DISTRICT outlining the procedures to follow in the event that a Cafeteria Employee, or any other employee, is exposed to body fluids.

The vaccine shall be offered at no cost to the employee and shall be made available after the employee has received and reviewed information on the Hepatitis B vaccine. The employee may agree to the Hepatitis B vaccination or may decline by signing the appropriate Hepatitis B Vaccination and Declination Form. If the employee initially declines the Hepatitis B vaccination but at a later date, while still employed in a position having “occupational exposure,” decides to accept the vaccination, it shall be made available to the employee at no charge. Any employee involved in an exposure incident shall be provided post-exposure medical evaluation and follow- up care in accordance with Workers’ Compensation provisions.

Hepatitis Shots. The District will provide Hepatitis B vaccinations at no cost to cafeteria employees who are required to have such shots as a condition of employment. Part IV – 3 hr. and 6 hr. Food Service Helpers’ Lewis County Food Service Association membership dues will be paid by the District. Part V – Food Service Helpers who attend Conferences/Workshops/Meetings designed to increase their knowledge base, outside of their regularly scheduled work day or on the weekends, will be compensated at their regular hourly rate of pay plus mileage if a school vehicle is not available. Proof of attendance must be verified by their Department Head with a maximum of 6hrs. per conference per employee. Conference must be approved by Department Head/Superintendent.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees.   • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Biological Samples If so specified in the Protocol, Institution and Principal Investigator may collect and provide to Sponsor or its designee Biological Samples (“Biological Samples”). 12.2.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Signaling Each Party will provide the other Party with access to its databases and associated signaling necessary for the routing and completion of the other Party’s traffic in accordance with the provisions contained in the Unbundled Network Element Attachment or applicable access tariff.

  • Virus any thing or device (including any software, code, file or programme) which may: prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect the operation of any computer software, hardware or network, any telecommunications service, equipment or network or any other service or device; prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect access to or the operation of any programme or data, including the reliability of any programme or data (whether by re-arranging, altering or erasing the programme or data in whole or part or otherwise); or adversely affect the user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses and other similar things or devices.
