  • Incidental Expenses Except as expressly provided in an applicable Work Order, those expenses that Contractor incurs in performing the Services (e.g., travel and lodging, document reproduction and shipping, and long distance telephone) shall be included in Contractor’s rates. Accordingly, Contractor’s expenses are not separately reimbursable by LAUSD unless, on a case-by-case basis, LAUSD has agreed in advance and in writing to reimburse Contractor for particular expenses.

  • Medical/Dental Expense Account The Employer agrees to allow insurance eligible employees to participate in a medical and dental expense reimbursement program to cover co- payments, deductibles and other medical and dental expenses or expenses for services not covered by health or dental insurance on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law or regulation, up to the maximum amount of salary reduction contributions allowed per calendar year under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable federal law.

  • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.   • Special Expenses When prior approval has been granted by an Appointing Authority, special expenses, such as registration or conference fees and banquet tickets, incurred as a result of State business, shall also be reimbursed.
