Section 609 of ERISA. If not otherwise provided for herein, the Plan shall provide coverage to a child solely to the extent required by a qualified medical child support order defined under Section 609(a) of ERISA or to an adoptive child solely to the extent required by Section 609(c) of ERISA. Further, the Plan shall be interpreted and administered as necessary to comply with Section 609 of ERISA and the rulings and regulations issued thereunder.
