Section 7.12.6. 11 The District will post any position that either, at one time, or due to cumulative additions of 12 time, results in an annual increase of more than thirty (30) minutes from the position’s definite 13 and regular shift as of September 1, 2005. Annual, for the sake of this Agreement, is defined as 14 within any one (1) school year. 16 The District will consider the criteria of seniority in conjunction with the needs of the operation 17 when adding time, whether at one time or cumulatively, of thirty (30) minutes or less within 18 kitchen.
