Common use of Section 7.9.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.9.1. 36 All hours worked in excess of the eight (8) hours per day and/or forty (40) hours per week shall 37 be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base pay.

Section 7.9.1. 36 All hours worked in excess of the eight (8) hours per day and/or a forty (40) hours per hour week shall 37 be compensated at the rate of one 3 and one-half (1-1/21½) times the employee's ’s base pay, except as provided in Sections 7.9.2 and 4 7.9.3.
