Section 7.18 Sample Clauses

Section 7.18 the bargaining unit may be temporarily advanced to a higher paying classification during 15 times when school is not in session (Winter, Spring, and Summer break). Section 7.18. The assigned supervisor, subject to the approval of the Superintendent, shall have the authority 22 to grant leave without pay for periods of five (5) days or less.
Section 7.18. 15 In order to take a trip, the driver must have completed their last piece of work prior to the trip 16 unless the period between their last piece of work and the trip was interrupted by non- 17 workdays. 20 A driver may not bid on or drive a trip while on any leave.

However, Casual Labor positions may be employed to replace x 15 regular employee, as per Schedule A, who is temporarily filling a higher classification in accordance with 16 Section 7.18 of the Agreement. All Casual Labor positions must work under the direct supervision of x 17 regular classified employee, as per Schedule A.
Section 7.18. 2 When specialized transportation needs arise (including, but not limited to: students with disabilities, 3 homeless students, etc.), requests or changes will be received and reviewed by the Transportation
