Section 7.18. 8 Members of the bargaining unit may be temporarily advanced to a higher paying classification during 9 times when school is not in session (Winter, Spring, and Summer break). All advancements, in 10 accordance with this Section shall be set forth in a "Supplemental Contract." Employees will suffer no 9 adverse impact on rights, benefits and privileges available to them pursuant to the Agreement. 11 Section 7.19. 12 Casual Labor positions may be employed up to sixty (60) working days annually during time school is not 13 in session (Winter, Spring, and Summer break). Casual Labor positions may not be utilized to replace any 14 regular employee, as per Schedule A. However, Casual Labor positions may be employed to replace x 15 regular employee, as per Schedule A, who is temporarily filling a higher classification in accordance with 16 Section 7.18 of the Agreement. All Casual Labor positions must work under the direct supervision of x 17 regular classified employee, as per Schedule A.
