Common use of Section 9.10 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.10. 6 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 9.8 if he/she does not comply 7 with the requirements of Section 9.9 or if he/she does not accept the offer of reemployment within five 8 (5) working days.

The offer of reemployment shall be in the form of a 15 certified letter, containing a copy of the notice posted in accordance with Section 9.7, and shall be sent 16 only to those employees who have complied with Section 9.9.
