Sections of Bidding Document. 5.1 The materials, equipment and services to be supplied under the Contract and financed by the Bank may have their origin in any country subject to the restrictions specified in Section V, Eligible Countries, and all expenditures under the Contract will not contravene such restrictions. At the Employer’s request, Bidders may be required to provide evidence of the origin of materials, equipment and services.
