Securitisation Services S.p. A. (il "Back-up Servicer Facilitator"), una società costituita in Italia con la forma giuridica di società per azioni, con sede legale in Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, n. 1, 31015 Conegliano (Treviso), Italia, capitale sociale Euro 1.595.055 i.v. codice fiscale e iscrizione al Registro delle Imprese di Treviso n. 03546510268, nonché iscritta al n. 31816 xxxx'Elenco Generale ed iscritta xxxx'Elenco Speciale tenuto presso la Banca d’Italia ai sensi, rispettivamente, degli articoli 106 e 107 del Testo Unico Bancario, società soggetta all'attività di direzione e coordinamento esercitata da parte di Finanziaria Internazionale Holding S.p.A... Il Servicer Principale, il Garante, il Back-up Servicer Facilitator e, subordinatamente all'adesione al presente Contratto ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'Articolo 3.1 (Adesione del Servicer Ulteriore), ciascun Servicer Ulteriore, sono in seguito congiuntamente denominati le "Parti" e ciascuna una "Parte".
