Security Alarm. Tenant is responsible for securing the Premises before leaving the Building, i.e. closing windows, locking doors, etc.

Security Alarm. 12.1 Where an alarm system is installed the said system must be operational at all times when the Property are left unattended. The security number must not be changed or passed on to any third parties.
Security Alarm. 49. A Council representative will unlock and disarm the alarm at a time pre-arranged with management and lock and set the alarm no later than 1.30am. Any breach of security which results in a "call-out" from Council's security company will render the Hirer responsible for charges associated with the provision of this service.
Security Alarm. Tenant covenants not to install any security alarms or systems without prior written consent from Landlord, which consent will not be withheld unreasonably by Landlord. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs associated with any Tenant installed security system. Tenant covenants to supply Landlord keys, devices, or instructions, as the case may be, for deactivating said security alarms or systems. Any such security alarms or systems shall become part of the real estate at the election of Landlord.
Security Alarm. Member understands that Ground Floor does not provide a security alarm system for the Premises. In the event any alarm system is provided, Member understands that such alarm system is not warranted to be complete in all respects or to be sufficient to protect Member or the Premises. Member releases Ground Floor from any loss, damage, claim or injury resulting from the failure of any alarm system, door, lock, security system, or from the lack of any alarm system or security system.
Security Alarm. The Hirer shall ensure the Hall is vacated and securely locked and the alarm set at the end of each use and no later than 30 minutes after the Finish Time unless prior permission has been obtained from the School. The Hirer shall at all times make itself familiar with the setting on/off of the alarm. Any security call out fees or costs of caretaker call out arising out of the improper operation of, or failure to set, the alarm shall be paid by the Hirer.

Tenant is responsible for securing the Premises before leaving the Building, i.e. closing windows, locking doors, etc. Xxxxxx agrees to reimburse Landlord for all reasonable costs incurred for each security call due to failure of Tenant to properly follow established procedures for securing the Building or using the security alarm system upon leaving or entering the Building.
