Common use of Security and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Security and Confidentiality. TheFork warrants that it implements all appropriate technological and organisational measures to preserve the security and in particular the confidentiality of the Personal Data to which it may have access, or which may be disclosed to it, or more generally, which it may process as part of the performance of this DPA. TheFork represents that the measures implemented to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data conform to the state of the art, and include (without limitation) those measures set out in Article 32 of the GDPR, as described in Annex B to this DPA.

Security and Confidentiality. TheFork warrants that it implements all appropriate technological and organisational measures necessary to preserve the security and in particular the confidentiality of the Personal Data to which it may have access, or which may be disclosed to it, or more generally, which it may process as part of the performance of this DPAthe Agreement. TheFork represents that the measures implemented to ensure the security shall therefore take all appropriate technical and confidentiality of Personal Data conform to organisational measures, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and include (without limitation) those measures set out the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, that are necessary for it to comply with such security obligations, and shall in Article 32 of the GDPR, as described in Annex B to this DPA.particular:
