Security Authorization. Within six (6) months after contract award, the Contractor shall submit written proof of IT security au- thorization for acceptance by the Con- tracting Officer. Such written proof may be furnished either by the Contractor or by a third party. The security authorization must be in accordance with NIST Special Publica- tion 800–37. This security authorization will include a final security plan, risk assess- ment, security test and evaluation, and dis- aster recovery plan/continuity of operations plan. This security authorization, when ac- cepted by the Contracting Officer, shall be incorporated into the contract as a compli- ance document, and shall include a final se- curity plan, a risk assessment, security test General Services Administration 552.241–70, and evaluation, and disaster recovery/con- tinuity of operations plan. The Contractor shall comply with the accepted security au- thorization documentation.

Security Authorization. The execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Loan Documents and the issuance of the Security have been duly authorized by all necessary action on the part of the Borrower, the Parent and the Subsidiaries (except for Norbakco Ltd.). This Agreement and the Security constitute valid and legally binding obligations of the parties delivering same enforceable against each of them in accordance with their respective terms (except as the enforceability thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws affecting creditors' rights generally and general equitable principles);
Security Authorization. To submit/withdraw Orders using the APX Telephone Brokerage Desk, users are required to provide their Login ID and Password. A Participant shall not permit others to use Participant's account and shall notify APX of any known or suspected unauthorized use of Participant's account. Participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and shall be fully liable for the use and any unauthorized use its Login IDs.

None of such Necessary Authorizations is the subject of any pending or, to the best of each Borrower Party’s knowledge, threatened attack or revocation, by the grantor of the Necessary Authorization except, other than with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents, where the revocation by the grantor of such Necessary Authorizations could not reasonably be expected to have a Materially Adverse Effect.
