Please note there are video security cameras on the ground level of the home to monitor access to our property during non-rental periods as well as to ensure no unauthorized guests, animals, vehicles, etc. are on the property at any time. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the loss of security deposit and additional charges.
