Security of payment instruments. The Client will take reasonable steps to maintain the security of their Custom Security Data. Upon knowledge of loss, theft, misappropriation or any unauthorized use of a payment instrument or related data, the Client shall promptly inform Paynovate for the purpose of blocking (or opposition) of the instrument, by email: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Client can also claim a direct opposition from their Personal Area. Paynovate reserves the right to subsequently request a receipt or a copy of the complaint following the theft or fraudulent use of its Account. An opposition number with timestamp will be communicated to the Client. A written confirmation of this opposition will be sent to the concerned Client by email.
