SECURITY PLAN AND FACILITIES. Permittee hereby acknowledges that the City is required by TSA 1500 to adopt and put into use facilities and procedures designed to prevent and deter persons and vehicles from unauthorized access to the Security Identification Display Area as defined in TSA 1500 (“SIDA”) and the Airline Operating Area (“AOA”). The City has met said requirements by developing a master security plan for the Airport, and Permittee covenants and agrees to be fully bound by and immediately responsive to the requirements of the plan in connection with Permittee’s exercise of the privileges granted to the Permittee hereunder. Permittee will, within thirty (30) calendar days of the City’s request, reimburse the City for any penalties imposed upon City by the TSA or the FAA resulting from Permittee’s negligence or failure to act or wrongful conduct in relation to TSA 1500 or any other applicable airport security requirements.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.

  • Office and Facilities The Executive shall be provided with appropriate offices and with such secretarial and other support facilities as are commensurate with the Executive's status with the Company and adequate for the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder.

Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
