AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. Lessee will maintain airport security relative to its exclusive and common use spaces, if any, as required by the Juneau International Airport Security Plan and related federal regulations, as amended. Lessee is responsible for the actions and location on the Airport property of all individuals and vehicles permitted on Airport property by the Lessee. Lessee will require all such individuals and vehicles to follow Airport security and access regulations.

AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. 1 Contractor shall comply with all airport security requirements at those locations.
AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. 1. Security of the airport perimeter within the Contractor’s work area shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain the airport security at all time and conduct all operations in a manner that will cause no interference with airplane traffic or normal operation of the airport.
AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. 9.1 Contractor’s employees shall be required to operate in Airport’s secure areas. Contractor shall be required to obtain the Airport’s Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badges for any employee working in the secured area. Contractor shall comply, at its own expense, with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Owner’s security requirements for the Airport including, but not limited to employee training and badges. Contractor shall cooperate with the TSA and the Owner on all security matters and shall promptly comply with any project security arrangements established by the Owner. Compliance with such security requirements shall not relieve Contractor of its responsibility for maintaining proper security for the above-noted items, nor shall it be construed as limiting in any manner Contractor’s obligation with respect to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and its duty to undertake reasonable action to establish and maintain secure conditions at and around the Project and throughout the Airport. All employees shall be properly badged and comply with all Owner’s safety and security rules.
AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. Provider acknowledges that the Authority is subject to strict federal security regulations limiting access to secure areas of the airport and prohibiting violations of the adopted Airport Security Program. Provider may need access to these secure areas to complete the work required by this Agreement. Provider therefore agrees, in addition to the other indemnification and assumption of liability provisions set out above, to indemnify and hold harmless the Authority and Xxx County, Florida, and their respective commissioners, officers and employees, from any duty to pay any fine or assessment or to satisfy any punitive measure imposed on the Authority or Xxx County, Florida by the FAA or any other governmental agency for breaches of security rules and regulations by Provider, its agents, employees, subcontractors, or invitees. Provider further acknowledges that its employees and agents may be required to undergo background checks and take Airport Security and Access Procedures ("S.I.D.A.") training before receiving an Airport Security Identification Badge. Immediately upon the completion of any work requiring airport security access under this Agreement, or upon the resignation or dismissal or conclusion of any work justifying airport security access to any Provider agent, employee, subcontractor, or invitee, Provider will notify the Airports Police Department that Provider's access authorization or that of any of Provider's agents, employees, subcontractors, or invitees has changed. Provider will confirm that notice, by written confirmation on company letterhead, within twenty-four (24) hours of providing initial notice to the Airport's Police Department. Upon termination of this Agreement, or the resignation or dismissal of any employee or agent, or conclusion of any work justifying airport security access to any Provider agent, employee, subcontractor, or invitee, Provider will surrender any Airport Security Identification Badge held by Provider or by Provider's agents, employees, subcontractors, or invitees. Should Provider fail to surrender these items within five (5) days, Provider will be assessed a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per identification badge not returned. This fee will be billed to Provider or deducted from any money owing to Provider, at the Authority's discretion.

  • Security Requirements 11.1 The Supplier shall comply, and shall procure the compliance of the Suppliers Personnel, with the Security Policy and the Security Plan and the Supplier shall ensure that the Security Plan produced by the Supplier fully complies with the Security Policy.

  • Data Security Requirements Without limiting Contractor’s obligation of confidentiality as further described in this Contract, Contractor must establish, maintain, and enforce a data privacy program and an information and cyber security program, including safety, physical, and technical security and resiliency policies and procedures, that comply with the requirements set forth in this Contract and, to the extent such programs are consistent with and not less protective than the requirements set forth in this Contract and are at least equal to applicable best industry practices and standards (NIST 800-53). Contractor also shall provide technical and organizational safeguards against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access or use, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, transfer, commingling, or processing of such information that ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing of County Data, Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel and affiliates approved by County to perform work under this Contract may use or disclose County personal and confidential information only as permitted in this Contract. Any other use or disclosure requires express approval in writing by the County of Orange. No Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel or affiliate shall duplicate, disseminate, market, sell, or disclose County personal and confidential information except as allowed in this Contract. Contractor personnel and/or subcontractor personnel or affiliate who access, disclose, market, sell, or use County personal and confidential information in a manner or for a purpose not authorized by this Contract may be subject to civil and criminal sanctions contained in applicable federal and state statutes. Contractor shall take all reasonable measures to secure and defend all locations, equipment, systems, and other materials and facilities employed in connection with the Services against hackers and others who may seek, without authorization, to disrupt, damage, modify, access, or otherwise use Contractor systems or the information found therein; and prevent County data from being commingled with or contaminated by the data of other customers or their users of the Services and unauthorized access to any of County data. Contractor shall also continuously monitor its systems for potential areas where security could be breached. In no case shall the safeguards of Contractor’s data privacy and information and cyber security program be less stringent than the safeguards used by County. Without limiting any other audit rights of County, County shall have the right to review Contractor’s data privacy and information and cyber security program prior to commencement of Services and from time to time during the term of this Contract. All data belongs to the County and shall be destroyed or returned at the end of the contract via digital wiping, degaussing, or physical shredding as directed by County.

  • Information Security Requirements In cases where the State is not permitted to manage/modify the automation equipment (server/computer/other) that controls testing or monitoring devices, the Contractor agrees to update and provide patches for the automation equipment and any installed operating systems or applications on a quarterly basis (at minimum). The Contractor will submit a report to the State of updates installed within 30 days of the installation as well as a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to remediate any vulnerabilities ranging from Critical to Low. The contractor will provide an upgrade path or compensatory security controls for any operating systems and applications listed as beyond “end-of-life” or EOL, within 90 days of the EOL and complete the EOL system’s upgrade within 90 days of the approved plan.

  • Payment Security Requirements A. Unless Company has maintained an agreement similar to this Agreement with Authority during the 18 months prior to the effective date of this Agreement without the occurrence of any act or omission that would have been a default under this Agreement, Company will provide Authority on or before the commencement date of this Agreement with an acceptable bond, irrevocable letter of credit or other similar security acceptable to Authority in an amount equal to the estimate of three months’ Rents, fees and charges, payable by Company under this Agreement, to guarantee the faithful performance by Company of its obligations under this Agreement and the payment of all Rents, fees, tax assessments, and charges due hereunder (hereinafter referred to as “Payment Security”). Company will be obligated to maintain such Payment Security in effect until the expiration of 18 consecutive months during which Company commits no default under this Agreement. Such Payment Security will be in a form and with a company acceptable to Authority and licensed to do business in the State of Florida. In the event that any such Payment Security is for a period less than the full period required under this Agreement or if such Payment Security is canceled, Company will provide a renewal or replacement Payment Security for the remaining required period at least 60 days prior to the date of such expiration or cancellation. Such Payment Security will require notice by the surety to Authority at least 60 days prior to any cancellation.

  • Additional security requirements The following provisions apply in respect of any Additional Security provided:

  • City Requirements Design, construction, materials, sizing, other specifications, permitting, inspections, testing, documentation and furnishing of as-built drawings, and acceptance of completed infrastructure shall be in accordance with City Requirements. Design and construction shall be by professionals licensed in the state of North Carolina to do the relevant work. City approval of the design of the Improvements shall be required prior to construction, as set forth in City Requirements. If Developer is connecting to the County sewer system, the City may require Developer to furnish the contract providing for such connection.

  • Facility Requirements 1. Maintain wheelchair accessibility to program activities according to governing law, including the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Residency Requirements 1. All single first-year freshmen students are required to live in University housing for at least two academic semesters. All single students who have earned less than 30 credit hours and have not resided in University housing for two academic semesters are required to live on campus for two academic semesters. This policy does not apply to single first-year students who have been out of high school for more than one year, or to single first-year freshmen who live with their parents in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties. Neither does it apply to those students who, for disciplinary or administrative reasons, may be denied the privilege of continued residency on campus.
