Security Regulations & Clearances. 9.3.1 In the event that the U.S. Army or other Government Agency duly concerned with security regulations, advises the Company in writing that any employee in the Union Bargaining unit is restricted from work and/or access to government facilities, information or material, the Union will not contest such action as the Company may take in order to comply with its security obligations to the Government.
