Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.
Pesticides In accordance with Section 17-1209 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that the Contractor or any Subcontractor applies pesticides to any property owned or leased by the City, the Contractor and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Code.

Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
